'Just be patient': Local leagues back road safety round

The Wimmera Football Netball League, Horsham District Football Netball League, Wimmera Mallee Umpires and local police have joined forces to tackle the road toll this weekend.

Sixty years after defeating a highly fancied Stawell side by 27 points at City Oval, Warracknabeal premiership players are preparing to share the stories all over again. Organisers Ian Bibby and Max Wright hope at least 20 of the 38 premiership players can attend on August 15 at Anzac Park.
