Held from Wednesday, January 21, until Friday, January 23, aspiring players, along with children who have an active interest in tennis, from ages five to 16, attended the sessions.

"It was all Hot Shots and juniors who were playing comp at Warracknabeal," O'Callaghan shared.

"It's the second time I have been to Warracknabeal, as I went there in October, having again just commenced doing it (the clinics).

"I'm from Mornington, so I come up from the city to give these juniors their sessions."

O'Callaghan said 25 children attended over the course of the sessions, with them grouped into age groups, before being put through their paces.

"They go through all the skills, the shots, backhand, forehand, volleys," he said.

"It's all about keeping them happy and interested in tennis."

For those that missed out, O'Callaghan said don't worry, he'll be back in October to continue to develop the Wimmera's rising stars of tennis.
