Helping the community
The Hopetoun Men’s Shed is a gathering place and an opportunity to learn new skills or share those already acquired.
Volunteers Ken, Austin and Rob with the Coolgardie Safe restored by volunteers at the Hopetoun Men’s Shed.
The Shed Members also provide valuable services to the community and individuals, using their woodworking and metalworking skills.
Creation and installation of tables and bench seats at Lake Lascelles, chair repairs, and the creation of new items and the restoration of older ones are just some of the things the Members have contributed.
All this in an atmosphere of conviviality and camaraderie.

The Men’s Shed welcomes new members or interested people and can be found in the Men’s Shed in Austin Street, between the hours of 10am- 4pm on Wednesdays.
